Repair half-inch copper line leaking under the slab in the closet of the guest bedroom across from the hall bathroom about to perform the repair replace the piece of pecks between it and sleeved the piping all piping that we have access to it as a one year warranty on labor the slab has a boy under it from what I can tell in this room I recommend to get someone out here to look at that before the slabs poured back

Install quiet check valve, perform shower drain test, install alarm for sewage ejector, and reroute kitchenette drain to basin. âš ï¸Special ordered parts This is to re-party the shower drain and replace the rubber gasket for the shower drain. We have to retest the drain to make sure that it’s not leaking this will take extra time.
Currently the toilet on the main floor is backed up We will start with aurgering it from the bowl if that doesn’t work we will have to pull the toilet and auger it backwards or run a snake

Light pilot light on water heater No warranty Currently the water heater is leaking from the liner which is rusted through weeping water out there is water sitting under the heater stand seeping into the room next to it the carpet is wide and they’re currently I recommend to replace the heater
Tested pressure at both the side hose bib and back of the house hose bib. Found the pressure to be at approximately 65 PSI at both locations. Indicating there is no issue with the PRV which means the pressure issue is likely fixture related. The low reading at the washer box could be related to the supply valves needing to be replaced due to buildup of hard water deposits. However, there is a possibility that this does not fix the issue. The badger 5 disposal under the kitchen sink is leaking from the bottom and needs to be replaced. The line on the ceiling is not related to plumbing or water pipping as there is no pipe in the attic space that carries water for plumbing purposes.
